I love to see how Mexifornia's government sieves through most of the labor pool in my area. Weeds out people who have every incentive to bust their ass and work hard and please customers--that would be people who are totally new to this country and have few marketable skills; while brat kids with no demonstrated incentive begrudginly show up only half an hour late instead of an hour. But then, the brat kids can check off that they're a citizen or at least have the right magic numbers to put down on the other columns, so they don't have to work in a field or whatever.
